One  afternoon, a couple was traveling by car  when off in  the distance they saw a  

woman in the middle of the road waving her arms.



The wife told her husband to keep driving  because  it might be too dangerous to 

pull over, but the husband decided to pass slowly so he  could assess the situation 

- perhaps the woman  was  hurt.



As their car got closer, they noticed the woman had cuts and bruises on  her face 

and arms.  The couple immediately stopped  to offer their assistance.  The injured 

woman begged for their help, frantically explaining  she'd been in a car accident and 

that  her husband and son, a  new born baby, were still inside the car...deep in  a ditch.  

She told  them that her  husband was already dead but her  baby was still alive.



The man got out of the car and asked the hurt  woman to stay with his wife while he went 

down to try  and rescue her baby.   Upon reaching the ditch, he noticed two people  in 

the front seat of the car, but didn't   pay much  attention...he quickly found the baby,  and 

went to take it to its mother.  When he returned to   his own car, he didn't see the injured 

woman.  He   asked his wife where she had gone, and she told  him that the woman had 

followed him back to the crashed car.  The man decided to go search for the woman.   



When he reached the accident site, he took a closer look at the two people seated in the 

front of the car.  A  man and woman...both with their seatbelts still on, both dead.  Looking 

more closely at the woman in the driver's seat, he realized she was the exact same woman 

who had been on the road, flagging them down for help.  The baby now lives with the family 

who rescued  him.  Do you believe in  the  Almighty?  If so, you know that miracles like this 

happen every day.
